Day 3 · Full Schedule

Showcase Day — Train Hard, Shine Harder

Morning
9:20 – 10:30 · Session 1

Rapid Fire Technical Review

  • Ball mastery blitz: toe taps, tick tocks, sole rolls — coach calls switches every 30 seconds
  • Move gauntlet: players cycle through 4 cones executing a different skill move at each gate
  • 1v1 king of the ring: continuous rounds, winner stays, loser rotates
  • Speed of play 3v1 rondo: 2-touch max, defender who wins it switches with the player who lost it
10:30 – 11:30 · Session 2

Game Situations Under Pressure

  • Transition 4v4: team that wins possession has 5 seconds to get a shot off
  • Building from the back: GK + 2 defenders vs 2 high press forwards
  • Combination finishing: wall pass or overlap to unlock a shot
  • Final scrimmage of the week: free play, coaches step back
11:30 – 12:00
