A Fun Soccer Experience for Growing Players
Parker United’s Rec+ Soccer Program is all about fun and growth. We focus on age-appropriate player development, balanced teams, and support for volunteer coaches and referees. Our program creates the perfect environment for young players to enjoy the game while building their skills and learning mental toughness for young athletes. With volunteer coaches leading the way, every player gets the chance to thrive in a positive, supportive atmosphere.

A Vision for Growth
Two core initiatives drive everything we do:
- Tracked Player Development – A system to help players measure progress, improve skills, and stay motivated.
- Personal Development – A focus on character, resilience, and leadership to help kids grow beyond the game.
We’ve seen too many talented players burn out before they reach their full potential. That’s why Parker United is about more than just training—it’s about creating an environment where athletes thrive both on and off the field.
For those with big goals, we’re working to align with college coaches, players, and staff to refine our camp curriculum and training methods. Our long-term vision is to build a highly competitive program capable of competing at the ECNL level within five years.
A Unified Approach to Player Development
We’re developing an academy-style training system where every team, at every age level, builds on the same foundation of drills, skills, and movements. This ensures consistency, so players are always developing the tools they need for the next level.
To help track progress, we’re launching a player assessment system, allowing players and parents to see measurable growth from season to season and camp to camp.
We also believe hard work should be rewarded. Our United Bucks system gives players the opportunity to earn credits for:

✅ Mastering new skills
✅ Demonstrating leadership on and off the field
Players can redeem United Bucks for swag, registration fees, and gear in the United Swag Shop.
